JSS Manufacturing is a manufacturing execution system (MES) tightly integrated with the production module of our ERP — or deployable standalone. It tracks every work order from release to completion, captures real-time machine and operator data, enforces quality checks at each stage, and delivers full batch and serial traceability for regulated industries (pharma, food, automotive). Operators use shop-floor terminals (or tablets) for issuing materials, recording output, scrap, and downtime — replacing paper records with structured data.
